    However, in my opinion Prosecco is an informal wine made with a  native grape Glera, and is usually re-fermented in steel tanks, thats that Charmat method, that you all are speaking about …

    Me Personally I like Lambrusco di Sorbara  and Pinot Nero is a nice one as well,

    But to be Honest the Success of Sparkling Wines from Italy is more Structured and Drier than ever….

    I have other Italian Wines that I Love which aren't sparkling, yet I'll save that for another time
