Sometimes you actually should not have quite a lot of time for cooking however you continue to need to put together one thing particular. This recipe will help: it is extremely straightforward and extremely tasty, and tremendous quick to arrange.
The fundamental ingredient (except for pasta) is tuna. I don’t use canned tuna fairly often, however after I use it I desire a good high quality one. I need the tuna to be in extravirgin olive oil (it’s extra tasty and tender) and the colour of the tuna must be vibrant pink/yellow, not a pale white. The lemon zest provides a recent contact to the recipe.
I additionally added two components: capers and anchovies. Although they provide an additional twist to the recipe and I actually suggest them, I’d counsel to make use of them just for older youngsters or adults as their robust style won’t please younger palates.
Enjoy!
ciao, b

Last week, my father wanted a quick dinner. We make pesto, and we always have it in the freezer, so he just pulled some out, but I suggested this instead. We used my godmother's olive oil from her trees in Greece, whole anchovies packed in salt (chopped of course), and we had cavatappi so the pieces of fish and capers nestled nicely in the spirals. Fantastic.

Hi! I tried adding the juice but it was too strong. the lemon was covering the other flavors. That's why I ended up adding only the lemon zest, it gives a nice fresh lemony taste, keeping the balance with the other ingredients! ciao, b
