Alfredo, moglie post parto eccetera. Ok?

We DO NOT use to eat Alfredo, most people in Italy don't know what is "Alfredo", it is used in America, but VERY very Little in Italy .

Everyone on this sight is terrible. Everyone is a know it all. And no one cares about whether the Italians all it Alfredo or not. But I would never believe that the Italian in some dish or other mix the same ingredients and call it whatever the call it. Relaxe.

The style/method used to cook this dish is not Italian. They should call this "Traditional Fettuccine Alfredo – Cooking American Style". Why use the word "Italian"??
