    I am a new convert to the fish sauce. It cannot be tasted by itself, but really brings out the richness of the tomato.

    finally found a simple REAL sauce…. although sugar and black pepper NO. just salt… that fish sauce thing i havent tried but the simplereerere the better

    Hi chef Jacob. I like your videos. Fishsauce in tomatosuace interestng i often use a few drops of Worcestershire sauce in sauces and when I do somthing with minced beef,meatballs is an exampel. It can not be wrong with fishsauce since the romans had Garum sauce whish are a sort of fermented fish sauce. The umami flavour is important.
