    I made this just now but exchanged passata and sundried toms for tinned tomatoes and d tom puree ..as that's what i had in the cupboard was smashing thanks 🙂

    I am italian i can confirm that you made the risotto properly 🙂 when is cooked we usually add some butter and parmisan grated cheese, You can make it with any ingredient you like, my fav is with saffron and courgettes, really delicious also with pumpkin and try with apples, so nice!

    I am about to make black bean TexMex risotto. This looks pretty good, but don't add so much liquid at once! Adding about one ladle at a time means the rice has more time to release the starches and it makes it so nice and thick and creamy. The texture is so much nicer that way! I love risotto making and risotto eating! haha
