Ingredients for Cake:
eight eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/three cup all-goal flour
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder

Ingredients for the Cream:
32 ozcream cheese (four pkg)
16 ozmascarpone cheese
2 half cup powdered sugar
1/four cup Kahlua
1 cup egg product

Ingredients for the espresso soak:
1 cup espresso
three tbsp Kahlua
1 tbsp granulated sugar

    I made this cake. The three pounds of soft spread cheeses and about a dozen total eggs makes it very very rich and decadent. Eating any more than just a sliver of this cake upsets the tummy a bit.
