The Pizza Show has lastly made it to Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Our host Frank Pinello embarks on the final word Neapolitan pizza journey, visiting some of probably the most well-known pizzerias on the earth and hanging out with some of the very best pizzaiolos within the enterprise.

We go to one of the very best cheesemakers in Campania, Caseificio Il Casolare, to see how buffalo mozzarella will get made; test in with our favourite Neapolitan oven builders, the father-son duo of Steffano Ferrara Forni; go to Pepe in Grani, Franco Pepe’s pizza palace; make a pizza with grasp pizzaiolo Gino Sorbillo; and even use Enzo Coccia Queen Margherita’s very personal oven. This is a pizza lover’s dream come true.

I don´t think people really understand how frigging hot that water is at min 13:30 . he said is around 94 degrees celsius, which means around 200 Fahrenheit. Doing Mozzarella the traditional way requires hands of steel!

About a month ago, an Italian friend from Caserta told me about "Pepe in Grani", as one of the best pizzerias he's ever visited in Italy.

Sorry to burst everybody's bubble, but New York Pizza is better then almost anything I've had in Italy. Of course when it comes to other cuisine Italy is unbelievable, but when it comes to Pizza no one beats New York.

This comment section is a fantastic reflection of why Frank laughed at how absurd the elitism and rules are in Naples when he went to Rome.

Frank you need to go to Argentina Buenos Aires for pizza. Millions of Italians migrated to Argentina, probably more than the amount that came to the US. You’d be able to see how something originated in Italy was carried out by Italians in a land other than the US.

How rude at 13:50. Even if you don't think it's up to your standard, you don't have to behave like a petulant child.

Being a master in your field doesn't mean you also need to be a jerk.
