To make bread pudding: Tear rolls into 1/2-inch sq. items, being cautious not to squeeze bread so it stays gentle and fluffy. Place bread in a bowl. Add milk and, stirring sometimes, let bread soak up milk to level of saturation, about 15 minutes.
