This work was produced by the Italian Forum for Wine Sustainability, a gaggle supported by Unione Italiana Vini and Gambero Rosso, with over 30 members from universities, analysis facilities, certification our bodies and associations who’re selling a sustainable wine enterprise mannequin throughout manufacturing and markets. Over 1,000 Italian wineries participated in a survey to precisely entry the development of sustainable winemaking in Italy.

A roundtable dialogue on sustainability in the wine business follows moderated by Professor Parasecoli with featured panelists to incorporate Michele Manelli, Dr. Vino blogger Dr. Tyler Colman, and Bruce Schneider from the Gotham Project.
