Sue’s Creamy Apple Pie

Sue’s Creamy Apple Pie

This apple pie options a creamy filling with the peerlessly seasoned apples. 

Ingredients

Crust Ingedients

  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • half of cup sugar
  • half of teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour

Creamy Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • half of teaspoon vanilla

Apple Filling

  • 4 cups skinny sliced Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cup chopped Pecans or walnuts
  • half of teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup Sugar

Instructions

The Crust

  1. Beat butter, vanilla, and sugar effectively. and steadily add the flour combine until comfortable dough varieties and press into backside and sides of Deep dish Pie pan. Set apart. 

The Creamy Filling

  1. Beat cheese 1/Four cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until clean and unfold over backside of crust. Set apart.

Apple Filling

  1.  Mix all apple filling substances and layer in round sample. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes after which decrease to 350 and proceed to bake until apples are tender.
