Super Easy No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake served in a glass

200-250g strawberries (recent or frozen)
300g ricotta
1 x teaspoon water
1 x teaspoon sugar
50g icing sugar
1 x packet Mulino Bianco Baiocchi Biscuits
Mint leaves

Small saucepan
Stand mixer
Hand blender
Piping bag + Nozzle (or a medium plastic zip lock bag)
4-6 glasses to serve

1. Cut 100-150g strawberries into quarters and put them in a saucepan.
2. Place this on the range, at a low warmth and add the strawberries.
3. Add a teaspoon of water, one other of sugar, and blend collectively effectively.
4. Increase the temperature to a medium warmth and proceed to combine each minute or so.
5. The strawberries will begin to soften and type a liquid. Once this occurs, change off the range and put to the facet.
