    I love to use the combination of butter and olive oil to make my sauce for pasta. It's not as greasy as cream or cheese. And It gives a pretty aroma to the dish 😍😍😍

    We have similar dish In Italian restaurant I work for but with Linguine and we add cherry tomatoes. This dish called Linguine alla Zia Maria. I couldn’t find this dish anywhere so I guess my Italian chef made this recipe up but it’s sooo good. I used to hate anchovies but in this dish.. it’s divine

    I thought you had to use olive oil and it must be cold when the garlic goes because you don’t want to over brown or worse burn the garlic.

    Ah ah ah butter and olive oil?! Bertolli, which is a common brand of olive oil here in Italy, doesn't sell this product in Italy! And for a good reason! No-one would EVER buy this kind of product: low quality butter (22%) + low quality non extra-virgin olive oil (21%) + other stuff (57%). This is a poor depiction of Italian food…

    Con tutto quel burro, con il prezzemolo tritato troppo doppio e con i gambi, per non parlare del pecorino che nella ricetta non centra nulla, in italia te li tirerebbero indietro.Che fetenzia per super obesi.: una vera schifezza all'americana.
