This is kind of a perfect way to incorporate veggies in a meal with picky kids haha…my daughter only likes broccoli and corn so I'll definitely slide this in. She'll never suspect (she'll think it's just spaghetti) lol. thank you so much!

first Bolognese Sauce not correct (GN=NJ)not Sauce RagΓΉ alla Bolognese .

As the official Bolognese recipe below specifies, authentic Bolognese is primarily a meat sauce that contains very little tomato, and there isn’t any garlic, no oregano, no basil, no parsley, no bay leaves, no rosemary, thyme or sage, no anchovies, no fennel or star anise, no lemon zest, no cinnamon or nutmeg, no sugar, no peppers, no chili sauce or hot pepper flakes – none of the myriad ingredients that many people might use in their bolognese recipes today. A good Bolognese sauce also only takes a few hours to make
β€’ 10 ounces pancetta or unsmoked bacon (finely chopped)
    β€’ 1 medium onion (4-oz), finely chopped
    β€’ 1 large carrot (4-oz), finely chopped
    β€’ 2 celery stalks (4-oz), finely chopped
β€’ 20 ounces ground beef (finely ground thin skirt, veal, or beef chuck)
    β€’ 2 cups whole milk
β€’ 1 cup dry white or red wine2
β€’ 1 cup of beef broth
β€’ 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) of tomato paste
β€’ Kosher salt and freshly ground peppe

Thank you Claudia for your Spaghetti Bolognese recipe; I love your simple presentations, I'm not much of a cook but you're making me look like one – I made you're Shrimp Scampi for my Mom (93) and she loved it (and so did I). Tomorrow I'll make her Spaghetti Bolognese! (smiling) Great job!
