Learn How To Make Spaghetti Aglio e Olio Recipe, an Italian Pasta Recipe from The Bombay Chef – Varun Inamdar solely on Get Curried. Ingredients:-
100 ml. additional virgin olive oil
¼ cup Garlic, sliced
5 tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped
Salt
Cracked pepper
1 packet spaghetti

Salted Water for pasta

Method:-
– Bring water to a boil and add salt in it.
– Add the spaghetti to this boiling water and cook dinner for 7-Eight minutes on excessive flame till al Dante.
– In a pan warmth olive oil and add the garlic and flip the flame to excessive.
– Season with salt and pepper, stir flippantly and cook dinner till the garlic is brown in color.
– Add the spaghetti straight from the boiling water and give it a toss.
– Cook for 30 seconds and add the parsley.
– Serve scorching!

    Dear chef you're using pure olive oil not extra virgin olive oil as e v oil is dark in colour

    Varun.. all is good..except the EVO you are using is absolute shit.. for pasta aglio olio… the oil has to be very high quality.

    Sorry but you dont know what 'al dente' means . literally 'to the tooth' . Doesn't mean 'perfectly cooked' not all . Quite the contrary. slightly uncooked with a little 'white dot' in the middle..

    The oil doesnt look extra virgin to me..

    extra virgin olive oil doesn't look like that…and you should always store your olive oil in a dark, almost opaque bottle…for scientific reasons…
