Ingredients:

1 lb Shrimp
2 cloves Garlic, minced
half tsp Oregano, dried
eight oz Pasta
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
Three tsp Cajun seasoning
1/four tsp purple Pepper
1/four tsp Salt
2 tsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 3/four cup Milk
1/four cup Parmesan cheese
recent parsley for toppings

    Looks delicious! but i just have to add why this recipe is not really healthier than the usual alfredo sauce. Milk plus butter is the same as cream. Cream is just milk but with a much higher fat content and butter is the fat in cream. Adding milk and butter as a cream substitute is not really a healthier substitute even if its low fat milk, it is more or less the same
