    Sorry! But my girlfriend is Sicilian and she is in shock! You use passata not tinned tomatoes, no chilli, garlic goes in whole then taken out after and you wouldn't use feta if someone put a gun to your head, not even that other cheese mentioned, ricotta salata no negotiation. This is why Italians think us English are a bunch of animals. To us it makes no difference to them it's life!

    Ive been cooking this since watching Rick in Sicily (Corleone)…Great dish,so simple,,i add a "glug" of red wine…. shiraz…..it's also good for nxt morning…hangover… Cheerz.
