Spaghetti Seafood Carbonara

INGREDIENTS:
600g Calamari (lower into small items)
400g King Prawns
200g Mussels (Steamed and faraway from Shell)
6eggs
1kg Spaghetti (Get a great model please )
EVOO
Parsley
Sea Salt
5L water

UTENSILS:
1 x 5L pot
1 x giant deep pan
1 x wood spoon
1 x pasta strainer
A set of tongs
METHOD:
1. Add a beneficiant quantity of EVOO to the pan on a low warmth.
2. When the oil is heat add 600g of calamari and prepare dinner for about 15minutes. Stir it from time to time.
3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add a pinch of salt. Also add a pinch of salt to the calamari.
4. Once the water boil add a beneficiant pinch of salt.
5. The begin cooking the spaghetti.
6. Now add the prawns and prepare dinner them for a few minutes, then add the mussels too and stir effectively
7. Occasionally stir the pasta because it begins to prepare dinner. Do this to verify it cooks completely.
8. Now add just a few spoons of the flavoured sauce to the boiling water because it offers a pleasant flavour to the pasta. Every little element counts.
9. Once the spaghetti are cooked, add it within the saucepan and blend collectively effectively. Turn the warmth off.
10. Pour the overwhelmed egg combine on the pasta and punctiliously stir the egg by way of. Just like you make regular carbonara, however cautious to not scramble the eggs.

HOW TO SERVE
1. Using a big flat white plate, place a twirl of pasta within the centre and adorn with additional items of seafood.
2. Sprinkle some chopped parsley in the event you like. It offers a pleasant color.

    Vincenzo, what a brilliant idea your dad had to add eggs and make seafood spaghetti carbonara! There are so many things about this recipe I love, I don't know where to begin. Using muscles that have been shelled is such a nice touch! Adding some of the seafood broth to the pasta water is an example of the genius your dad shows! I've always loved the slightly wider spaghetti noodles too. Oh what a marvelous dish! I see your hometown is not that far north of where my parents came from. What a BEAUTIFUL place!     I am a brand new subscriber…..30 min. ago!! (^^) Your dad is so cute! What a great idea to add all those wonderful seafood!!! Also I was THRILLED that he didn't add any heavy cream or the milk & just adding eggs!!! I live in NY & many Italian restaurants here add lots of heavy cream & cheese & no eggs for carbonara dish & I just hate it! When I make it at home, I cook onions, becon, little garlic with olive oil, adding sea salt, eggs & cheese & it tastes delicious!!^_^ Occasionally, I add more veggies like greenpeas & mushrooms to make it more healthy. I LOVE seafood, so I will use shrimps instead of bacon next time I make it! ^_^ You have a beautiful family!^_^
