    One of the first things I noticed about how Pasquale cooks, he doesn't waste anything. This is old school and shows an appreciation for having enough for those who have experienced living on less, as he shares about the WW2 days. My Mom and Aunt cooked liked this, hearty, robust and did not waste their ingredients. Today, The Cooking elites, always waste in the cooking shows.

    Bravo pizza con birra bien frappe! What kind of wood do you put inside the over? Porque ester pensando poner una de cocinar, pero si la meto dentro del horno a 500 temo incendiar la cocina

    Bravissimo! Solo alcune cose, una: la verdura si salta con l'aglio schiacciato, vestito o meno; due: il basilico si cima a mani nude e non si lasciano crescere i fiori; la farina si setaccia anche per stendere; la cottura è giusta nella prima parte, ovvero cotta nella parte bassa del forno, poi si sposta a metà.

    Great, but how did he make the dough??? That's the other crucial ingredient besides the sauce. Can't believe he used ready-made dough from a supermarket.
