Recipe time! I like making these movies! Hope you get pleasure from – and bear in mind, you possibly can change up the recipe all you want, add much less or extra of components relying in your tastes!! Adjust flavours to your coronary heart’s content material!!

To make:
1) Start by scooping out the insides of as many portobello mushrooms or brown crimini mushrooms that you really want for little child pizzas. For occasion, I can simply eat 2-Three massive portobellos OR about 10-15 mini crimini mushroom pizza bites! The pizza bites are nice for youths!
2) Once you might have scooped the insides of all of your mushrooms, proceed to cut the insides into superb tiny items. Place in a bowl and coat with a couple of tbsp of coconut aminos and himalayan pink salt for added flavour. You do not want to do that – you need to use date sauce (date/apple cider vinegar/garlic/water) or no matter you need. Set apart to marinate when you make the tomato sauce and cashew topping. If you might have any further left over mushroom centres, you possibly can set them apart and use them for my Mushroom Zucchini Stuffed Red Peppers the subsequent day! https://youtu.be/-toCG5e391Y
3) Coat your mushroom caps with coconut aminos so they do not get too dry within the dehydrator later. If you do not need to use coconut aminos, you need to use water or apple cider vinegar, or nothing in any respect! Keep in thoughts they do dry out on the perimeters should you do not use something. I’m a low fats uncooked vegan, however an alternative choice is somewhat little bit of olive oil simply on the perimeters to maintain them moist. I don’t use olive oil, however I’m giving an alternative choice for those who do.
4) The marinara will probably be about 15 sundried tomatoes, 5 dates, a clove of garlic, a couple of cup of cherry tomatoes, 1tsp of apple cider vinegar, recent oregano! and basil if you’d like too! Season to desired style with smoked paprika, salt and the rest you would possibly like. Blend with water in a excessive pace blender till clean like tomato paste. Set apart.
5) The cheezy sauce on prime will probably be 1/Four cup soaked cashews, Three dates, 1tsp apple cider vinegar, garlic, cayenne and salt if you’d like. Taste this and add the rest you need. To make the sauce thicker, it’s also possible to add a number of the further mushroom centres if in case you have any left OR add half of a pink pepper – this makes it even tastier! Blend in a excessive pace blender till clean and put aside. *word – if in case you have a favorite “raw cheeze” recipe that you simply love, you need to use that as an alternative as properly – like I say, combine it up!
6) Assemble your pizzas! You can put something you want inside, however I like to have inexperienced onion or pink onion chopped, and use some zucchini for the “pepperoni”. Start with the tomato paste, add zucchini or different vegetable. Fill with the soaked mushroom items that you simply had marinating earlier and prime with the cashew cheese!
7) Dress them up with dried oregano and onion! You may even use basil leaves, smoked paprika or sliced tomatoes should you needed. Switch it up, attempt completely different variations! Get artistic!
8) Place them within the dehydrator and allow them to heat up for about 30-45 minutes. You can actually depart them in longer if you’d like them somewhat drier. The longer they sit, the extra intense the flavours. I would not allow them to in there for greater than 90 minutes although. Plan forward 🙂

Enjoy! xo

My take on raw is no acv, aminos, spices that you wouldn't normally eat in nature and omits most nightshades you wouldn't actually eat raw. I've never been inclined to start eating a raw onion or leek. Oh and cashews are toxic.

I finally made this! As I don't yet have a dehydrator, I baked it for a short time. I'm not raw vegan yet, so I'm still eating cooked foods for dinner. Anyway…… OK — how in the world can this taste SO AMAZINGLY GOOD and not be bad for you???!!!! I took my first bite and I was like WHAAAAAT?????? NO WAY!!!!!! LOL. Wow. I don't think I have EVER made anything in my life that I've loved more. Seriously.

Being very inadequate in the kitchen and having extremely small counter space, it took me quite some time to prepare this. Plus I was cleaning up as I went along. So, by the time I was almost done I thought "I doubt I'll be making THIS recipe again." But oh how wrong I was!! I'll just have to practice making this often so I can get quicker at it 😉 I'm sure I can do some of the preparing ahead of time.

Thank you so very much for this recipe and for ALL your videos. I can't wait to try this with a dehydrator. I suspect the flavor is even better than when cooked. Oh, and that marinara sauce…. out of this world. I have some left over, so I'm going to think about what to have it with tomorrow 🙂

I have no experience or knowledge about dehydrators. Can you give some recommendations on a decent quality (and hopefully decent priced) dehydrator?

I just made this and it was so good! I have a question about the "cheeze" I couldn't get mine to come out to the consistency you had. The cashews kept getting stuck to the side of the Vitamix and I had to stop and push down the sides with a spatula like 20x. I eventually added some frozen corn and water-any tips?

Seriously. I mean. I had to test one little one whilst waiting for the others in the dehydrator.. And then two more little ones…. I didn't even use half the stuff you did. Just. Wow. Ok just one more little one and then I'll wait……….

    Confession time!
I have been seriously waiting for this recipe since the video that showed these little morsels LOL
This recipe is one of the reasons I could never follow strict 80-10-10 long term… no spices and herbs and vinegar and salt! I believe these are things that help me to stay raw.
There have been times that I have followed it for periods of time but always found myself looking forward to meals like this!
Thank you so much for your videos and your inspiration <3
