    I'm a huge fan of food in general and here in Oslo, Norway you have an Italian restaurant on Aker Brygge. Me being a big fan of the Carbonara i ordered that, but what i got was not in any way similar to what Antonio showed us here. The sauce felt almost watered out, and was in no way creamy (without creme).

    However thanks for great video that truly inspired me to create carbonara myself 🙂

    Questa è una copia venuta male della carbonara. Come al solito non c'avete capito niente.

    PRIMO ce vonno li spaghetti trafilati ar bronzo
    SECONNO nun me devi sfragnà il guanciale collojio pecchè me lo ammolli
    TERZO il parmigiano se lo magnano a milano, pe la carbonara CE VO ER PECORINO ROMANO ROSSO e basta
    QUARTO la devi spadellà come si deve alla fine sennò te viè fori na specie de frittata.
    QUINTO non ce devi da mette troppo pepe sinnò me l'avvilisci visto che il guangiale gia ce l'ha de suo abbastanza

    Poi:
    – la pancetta nella carbonara è na bestemmia a pasquino
    – il parmigiano nella carbonara è na bestemmia a san gaudenzio
    – sta frittata moscia e squacquera che t'è scita fori è na bestemmia ar Belli
    – lo speghetto dev'esse al dente: cioè nun deve croccà, ma dev'esse dorce e pungente come nbacio de na pischella
    – quanno lo magni devi da risucchià npochetto sinnò nun godi
