    Hey Anupa, just saw your previous video on making white sauce – that explains the straining – this video should have been labelled 'Part 2' for all those confused folks out there ^_^. Other than that, a really good recipe. Made it today and its tastes really, really good!

    Can I just commend you on explaining this things well. Not a lot of Indian chefs do that 🙂 Its generally 'I add this, I add that, now we do this'..but no one really explains 'why'.

    i am sorry  i am making a comments  in chef sanjeev's clip, its very important to add few more things to pasata, bell peppers will give a flavor but mainly its only give color's in pasta, please cut in to smaller pieces, not big dices, make sure add celery, leeks and cloves for the better taste and flavor……i never advice any of my frnds to cook a pasta like shown in this clip, rule is simple we cook to eat not to show….hope u got my point

    Low quality clip. The whole point is making the sauce, and here it's allready made in a cup. Just throw the ingredients together and you're done…
    Just buy it in a tin and heat it, or better yet: order in.
    I don't like shortcuts.
