Add shrimp/vegetable combination to pasta, tossing effectively to coat. Remove shrimp from the combination. Divide pasta with greens and sauce between 2 serving bowls. Place reserved shrimp, tails up, round rims of bowls, dealing with towards the center. Garnish heart of every bowl with the onions, remaining peanuts and cilantro. Makes 2 servings. Note: Additional Thai sauce may be added to this dish or remaining sauce may be refrigerated four to five days and utilized in one other dish.
