    I wish they could post a "personal use" recipe vs. commercial use. Anyone have a guess as to the ratios? Maybe 4 cups of flour? Even if we knew their proportions we could break it down by 1/2 or 3/4. MY dough is often too dense and doesn't stretch easy? Maybe not enough water?

    I have tried dozens of recipes as such, I bet you will be disappointed again. These videos never reveal the secrets of neapolitan pizza dough.

    I dont speak Italian but enjoyed this very video very much, and I think I can guess the ingredients 00 flour, water and yeast thats it, I normally add some olive oil to mine… the topping surprises me, I normally make my own passata and freeze it, and put on top first… but this looks like only fresh Basil, grilled red capsicum…hard Mozzarella pieces, and a little virgin olive oil o looks really Delish Thanks guys from Melbourne Australia… I am going to try it right now… maybe add a few chilli flakes 🙂 I just need a wood fired oven Now Lol but my new Webber BBQ will have to do 🙂
