PIZZA CAPRICCIOSA | Classic and Authentic Pizza Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Slices of Ham
2 sliced Mushrooms
Black Olives
1 x Buffalo Mozzarella shredded or diced
1 glass of Italian tomato sauce for pizza
Basil
A handful of flour

UTENSILS:

1 x massive wood board (you too can use your kitchen bench)
1 x massive mixing bowl

METHOD:

    Yeah but there's a problem, a capricciosa has got a lot of ingredients. Where do you get the four? and the water? and the mozzarella? I'm scared to ask about the ham, and the artichokes! They must be roman type, you can't find the right ones even in many italian regions! Mushrooms are ok, champignons are the same everywhere…

    Con prosciutto cotto ? Per il forno ci vuole prosciutto di Parma, d'Aosta oppure San Daniele del Friuli. La pizza costa un pocco di più ma è molto più salda, senza acqua inutile. Bella video e grazie a voi. (dalla Francia)
