This pasta pesto is a creamy pasta dish with chicken, mushrooms, spinach and sundried tomatoes. It’s easy to make and shines with the true flavours of Italy. Make it with contemporary or dry pasta, or see my recipes on tips on how to make contemporary pasta from scratch.

Just made this and it was good. I doubled the recipe and the sauce was liquidy at first (used regular 35% heavy cream). When it cooled down the sauce turned into a good consistency.

Joel, love your recipes, (evoo = extra virgin olive oil )maybe a little money saver for you, you use quite a bit of evoo as do i when cooking, and it is not cheap in the states, especially imported from italy, greece, or spain, so if you do not have a brand that sponsers your site, if or when it becomes available(-it may be already available in your area) California has an evoo (1st cold press of olives, same guidelines as italy, greece, spain) that has won out in blind taste tests over many of the imported evoo's. Here in the states it is appx. 1/2 the cost of many of the name brand imports, and i know the imports have every right to be confident in the quality of their product, but this 1 brand has made a huge name for themselves in the states. If you try it make sure it is in a dark green bottle and the exact wording is California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil. They already have copycats. Here in the states a 25.4 ounce bottle cost is between 12 to 15 U.S. dollars. I'm not sure what the import tax rate and markup percentages are in Australia, but here it is a very good buy, and like i said, the quality is outstanding, so if you are interested, give it a try and i think you will be pleasantly surprized and save a few dollars to boot, have a good one pal.

Your channel is underrated mate. Some constructive criticism:
    1. Try not to zoom in too much. Maybe only for some shots, but not everytime.
    2. Better song choices please. Something more soothing. This song makes me want to work out lol.
