Here’s a full listing of INGREDIENTS for my Roasted Chicken with Italian Herbs:
For four folks:
1 entire rooster
2 small branches of rosemary
10 leaves of basil
four cloves of garlic
1tbsp salt
EVOO
half of of an apple
four cups rooster broth or stalk
a splash of white wine

    I was always afraid to use fresh rosemary and basil to flavor the chicken if I was not stuffing it in the cavity. Now I know you can stuff it underneath the chicken skin- a new tip I learned today from you =) I am defintely going to try your chicken recipe. Looks delish =)

    I'll definitely be trying this one! I've also found that rubbing the herbs with the salt between my hands fuses the flavors together very well. I use rosemary infused salt a lot. Great video!

    Oh my! That looks wonderful! The herbs under the skin provide such wonderful flavor!! Great idea to rotate the chicken so it browns so nicely on both sides. I can imagine it smelled wonderful in your kitchen!
