here in India, dominos recently introduced the '3 cheese pizza' which had 2 more cheeses along with mozzarella. It tasted good. I was wondering if I wanted to use couple of more cheeses on my pizza, which type of cheese would go fine along with mozzarella?

Tried it the first day and it came out a bit soggy in the middle, turns out my oven wasn't hot enough so I tried it again the next day on full whack and it was just perfect!! Used mushrooms and peppers for my toppings!

That's how I make my pizza too. I love homemade pizza. So simple and yet so delicious. I seriously haven't ordered pizza in ages as I love mine crispy and it just never is when it gets delivered.

Dear chiappa, can you do me a favour and make the ingredients of the dough simpler? Like someone told me that it's the rule of 3, 2, 1.. 3 cups of flour, 2 tbs of yeast, 1 cup of water. Was that correct? What is your percentage? Thanks for your awesome recipes.

As soon as the first chick began speaking with a British accent, I stopped the video. Brits shouldn't be giving advice on Italian food.

Actually, Brits shouldn't be giving advice on ANY food!
