Pasta In Red And White Sauce – Easy To Make Italian Style Pasta With Indian Twist | Ruchi Bharani

Learn the best way to make pasta in pink and white sauce.

Pasta is undoubtedly a consolation meals at its greatest. Chef Ruchi Bharani brings you a simple, problem-free and very scrumptious pasta recipe that requires a wide range of flavourful components that mix superbly in pink and white sauce and style scrumptious.

Ingredients:

1 cup milk
100g Penne Pasta
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp pink chilli flakes
1 tbsp garlic – chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 capsicum – chopped
1 zcchini – chopped
1 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
few basil leaves
2 tbsp cheese
1/2 tsp dry oregano
1 tbsp recent celery
Salt to style

Method:

– In a pan, warmth butter.
– Add the plain flour to it and prepare dinner for a number of seconds.
– Once it adjustments the color barely, add the milk. Keep whisking and produce it to a boil. Cook it till it is thick.
– Once the sauce is thick, get it off the flame.

– In one other pan, warmth butter.
– Once the butter melts, add the chopped onion and let it prepare dinner for a number of seconds.
– Add the garlic paste, chopped capsicum and zucchini and allow them to prepare dinner for a number of seconds.
– Add the tomato pulp to the above components and let it prepare dinner for atleast 7 – eight minutes.
– Add the ketchup, recent basil leaves, dried oregano and pink chilli flakes and stir nicely.
– Add some water and stir.
– Add the white sauce to the above components and blend nicely.
– Add the cheese and salt and blend nicely.
– Add the boiled penne pasta to the sauce and stir nicely.
– The scrumptious pasta is able to be served.

    When we add tomatoe sauce to our dish you should be ashamed of it as you not done anything to make that dish better, it's all the contribution of the sauce that add to the flavour, add Tomato Puree sugar salt and then make your own sauce, this will give you a sense of accomplishment
