Pasta Carbonara – Easy Tagliatelle Carbonara Recipe

Learn make a scrumptious recipe of “Pasta alla Carbonara” with out heavy cream. This recipe is impressed on an Italian pasta dish, based mostly on pasta of your selection, egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, bacon (guanciale or pancetta), olive oil, salt and black pepper. This recipe may be very simple to make and easily delicious!

NOTE: We added onion as a result of it offers a bit extra flavour and texture. The authentic recipe doesn’t have onion.


– 225 g (eight oz) of pasta
– 80 g (2.eight oz) of chopped onion
– 90 g (3.1 oz) of bacon, reduce into small items
– 80 ml (2.7 oz) of white wine
– 2 egg yolks
– 60 g (2.1 oz) of Parmesan cheese powder
– 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
– Ground black pepper
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Salt

    No onion in the carbonara! only oil and pancetta and less cheese in the eggs.
