Hi Laura. Love the recipe. What size Bucatini do you suggest? In Australia they list either No 6 or No 9. Just curious as to what you use??

This may taste good (though it doesn't look great) but it isn't really a dish that you'd recognise as matriciana in Lazio!

Nice, easy, delicious recipe, viewers notice, you can buy red or white wine NO alcohol, use same ratio as recipe, and you can drink it, do not buy cooking wine

Hi Laura. The pasta dish looks yummy. I don't eat pork and drink. What should I use instead of pork and alcohol? Now I understand why you cannot cut pasta out from your life and you're a true carboholic through and through.

Laura is unorthodox. I think I'd add some cheese. This dish looks really good.

I know she's Italian but don't go by the way she pronounces Italian words she wasn't born in Italy, nothing personal with her she's a nice girl and she's ok in the kitchen making Italian dishes.

I use Bucatini pasta for my Pastitsio (Makaronia tou fournou – however you choose to say/spell it) & sometimes have pasta left over but not enough for another of the same dish – nice to have a new way to use it ☺️
