1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp chilly water
2 cups cooking cream
1/Three cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract/ 2 vanilla beans
Kiwi or (Any fruit of your selection)
-In a bowl put some water and gelatin and let the gelatin bloom for 3-four minutes.
-Heat the cream on average flame.
-Put vanilla seeds and pods into the combination.
-Stir properly and add sugar and blend all of it.
-Add the bloomed gelatin.
– Turn off the flame and let the combination come to room temperature
– Discard the vanilla pods
– Pour it right into a glass
– Refrigerate it for an hour
– Garnish it with kiwi cubes,pearls of pomegranate and mint leaves
-Panna Cotta is able to be served
