Recipe:

Ingredients:
250g milk
500g heavy cream
100-150g sugar
half of tsp vanilla extract
12g gelatin sheets

Tools:
Sauspan
Spatula
Ladle
Small cups or ramekins

Directions:

1. In a medium massive saucepan combine: milk, heavy cream , sugar and vanilla extract.
2. Heat the combination. Once the sugar is totally dissolved, take away from warmth. Do not boil.
3. Soft the gelatin sheets in chilly water for about 5 minutes. Wring the gelatin sheets out and stir them into the nice and cozy Panna Cotta combination till utterly dissolved.
