Ingredients
For Paneer sticks
12-15 paneer cubes
1 tsp oil
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to style
2-four skewers

For parsley rice
1 cup boiled rice
three tbsp contemporary parsley
1 tbsp salted butter
Pinch of black pepper
Salt to style

For Garlic veggies
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp garlic flakes
half cup steamed veggies of selection
Salt to style

For fryums
1 medium potato
1 medium onion

For additional veggies
half tomato
1 cup spinach
1 tsp chopped garlic
Oil to fry
Salt to style

For butter garlic sauce
Dash of oil
1 tsp butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
Salt & pepper to style
1 tsp cornflour
1 cup water

Cabbage leaves as underneath liner
Butter as required for the smoke

Method:
– Toss the Paneer with oil, chilli flakes, combined herbs, pepper and salt. Marinate them.
– Put them in a picket skewer. In a pan, warmth oil, place the paneer, potatoes, onions, together with tomato. Remove the paneer as soon as completed.
– Sprinkle salt over the greens. Grill the greens. Add garlic and spinach leaves together with salt.
– Reserve the greens as soon as properly grilled.
– Heat the sizzler plate on a medium flame.
– In a pan, warmth oil and add garlic together with boiled greens. Give it a toss. Add salt and pepper.
– For parsley rice, in a pan, add butter together with boiled rice, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix them effectively.
– In order to keep away from the sizzler meeting burning, place cabbage leaves over the sizzler plate and one after the other begin assembling the objects.
– Oil a mildew and pat rice in to it firmly. Reheat the greens earlier than inserting them.
– For butter garlic sauce, add oil in pan together with butter, garlic, water, salt and pepper. Add cornflour combined with water. Allow it to thicken.
– Move the sizzle plate on the block of wooden and add the butter garlic sauce over it.

    Itnay berten kon dhoayga? For one small dish he used so many pans!! Also this dish looks very bland to me, no chilli sauce or soy sauce or tanginess whatsoever added for flavor … it looks pretty but doesn’t look appetizing at all…
