This is a fast and straightforward pasta dish full with broccoli, shrimp, contemporary basil and extra. In the 70-80’s I owned a sequence of eating places within the Los Angeles space referred to as The Original Sicilian Pizza Company. I’ve since bought the eating places and the final one closed in 1988.  These are a few of my authentic recipes.

Original Sicilian Pasta Co. Calabrese

  • 1/4 cup Virgin Olive Oil
