O’Malley Farm Cafe Holiday Egg Nog Pie
- 1 – Four 3/Four ounce bundle vanilla pudding and pie filling combine
- 2 cups dairy eggnog
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoons mild rum
- 1/eight teaspoon floor nutmeg
- Pastry for 1 crust, 9 inch pie, baked.
- Whipped cream
- Cook combine as directed on bundle for pie filling, besides utilizing 2 cups eggnog and 1 1/Four cups milk. Stir in rum and nutmeg; pour into crust. Cover floor with plastic wrap; chill a number of hours. Garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg. Makes eight servings.
