Master Chef Joo Won’s Korean Kimchi Risotto is epic. Kimchi risotto, slow cooked egg, parmesan & sesame. The Korean Kimchi with Italian risotto is surprising delicious you wont believe how good this dish is. Recipe below

Kimch risotto, slow cooked egg, parmesan & sesame

Risotto base – onion, olive oil, kimchi juice, ½ water & ½ chicken stock
Service – light Chicken stock or veggie stock, butter, grated parmesan & cheddar.

Garnish for 1 portion
Slow cooked egg (1 no)
Parmesan
Cheddar
Spring onion
Sesame oil
gamtae seaweed or nori powder
Sautéed Kimchi with pinch sugar

Rice (100g a portion), cheddar ( 10g a portion), butter (10g)

    I am an italian chef from Milano hometown of Risotto, clearly, this Chef knows his risotto, 99% of the chefs on youtube(italians included) do it wrong or always fuck up something, it's not about traditions but good food knowledge, there is nothing traditional about this and yet the execution is flawless

    Risotto is one of my all time favourite dishes, I love to both cook it and eat it. This is a great fusion dish and I really want to try it out!

    Love fusion food without it having this hey I am a rock star chef approach to it. Joo seems like a guy that just wants to put his own spin on classic food and make it great. Those are the types of chefs we need and who make the food I want to eat. Nice video for the start of the new year. Chef
