    Can i make mascarpone cheese using sweetened whipping cream ?
    I want it for your tiramisu recipe. Maybe i won't add sugar to the custard and mix this sweetened cheese. Will that work?

    Is heavy whipping cream and fresh cream is same ???? If not available here can I use fresh cream in this recipe as a substitute

    Hi, if you make the cream to cool down for 3h before sifting it, you'll get a even more creamy mascarpone with a better yield 😉
