Do you want melted plastic in your mozzarella? That's why they don't wear gloves, your retarded if you think that gloves will make it any safer.

Youtube recommendations are a bit weird, just right after I watched a chiropractor popping joints, this showed up. Nevertheless, I still love this video, cheese is one of my favorite food to eat.

ppl are complaining about how they make mozzarella with their hands, arm hair and all. is that so bad even though they wash their hands first? as far as i know plastic gloves can melt in such heat and rubber gloves stinks bad.
this is just how they make it. what do you expect? should they use telekinesis powers to make those cheese then?

i'm Asian, there's much more foods made by hand here, sometimes we eat using our hands too (we wash them first of course) and i'm still alive and healthy :/

All workers are working with bare hand wearing no gloves and other gear no one is worry about it but in case it happened in some developing country then all westerner will ponder there hygiene norms and what not. U are pretty hypocrite westerners.

Sometimes its better to use your hands and no gloves when people start changing procedures specially ancient procedures the taste changes i usually prefer to make everything from scratch rather than buy it made from a machine
