Macaroni Grill Fonduta Gamberi

Macaroni Grill Fonduta Gamberi is the right dish to serve. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon clam juice
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 cups spinach tough chop
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts canned, chopped
  • 8 massive shrimp cleaned, peeled
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper extra to style
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly floor black pepper
  • half cup shredded Mozzarella cheese non-compulsory

Instructions

  1. In a big saucepan over medium warmth, mix half-and-half, clam juice and white wine. In a separate saucepan, soften butter. Add shallots and saute till translucent. Add flour to butter combination, stirring till flour is absorbed. Cook, stirring consistently, 2-Three minutes. Add heated half-and-half combination suddenly to the shallot combine, stirring consistently with a wire whip to take away any lumps. Add spinach, artichokes, shrimp, cayenne and black pepper and convey to a boil. Reduce warmth and simmer Three minutes, stirring often, so the combination doesn’t scorch. Remove combination from warmth, and stir in cheese, if desired. Pour dip into bowl and serve sizzling.
