Method
First make the dough. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Combine flour and salt in a big bowl. Gradually add the yeast combination, mixing effectively till you get hold of a dough. Place dough on a calmly floured work floor and knead for about 10 minutes.     I have just made pizza following his recipe. With an electric oven. I imagined it wouldn't be the same as with a wood-fired oven, so I preheated mine for about an hour (290-300 Celsius) and put in it the dough with no toppings on it first for some 10 minutes. I thinned it really down, the way I prefer it. Then I took it off, spread the passata and added parmesan cheese plus the toppings I love – mozzarella cheese and parma ham. It ended up better than some of the 90% pizzas I've ever eaten and very near the other 10%. Crunchy, even a little burnt.
    I think I won't be ordering pizza anymore.

    I know flour 00 is best for Pizza but that is because of the high temp brick oven as well? what if we use the regular gas range? or home oven? Is there any adjustments to the type of flour and ingredients?

    Hello from Brazil!
    The dough on my pizza is hard to stretch in the end. She is very elastic. When I try to pull it back to the place and ends that it gets with an irregular thickness in different places. What could it be? Is there a shortage of water? Besides, I'm satisfied with the result, but I think it could be better if I find the right spot and get it equally baked.
