Jiffy Peach Cobbler
Jiffy Peach Cobbler – A cobbler you can make anytime, with either fresh or store bought peaches.
- 1 jar (16 ounce pint measurement) sliced peaches in unsweetened fruit juice or 1 can of store bought peaches
- 2 teaspoons tapioca
- Cinnamon to style
- 1 cup biscuit combine
- 1/three cup milk
- Preheat oven to 350 levels. Combine peaches and juice, tapioca, and cinnamon in a 9 inch pie plate. On a small bowl, stir collectively the biscuit combine and milk. Top fruit with 6 equal-sized mounds of biscuit dough. Bake 25-30 minutes. Serve heat with fruit dished on prime of biscuit. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
