Mathew everyone needs good quality mics.
rather using condenser mics, as they have a lot of echo.

We've been making the only Amber wines in our region of the southeast US for 10 years. Some of the most interesting wines and certainly the earliest wine styles in America. 15 native grapes field blended and 3-6 months on the skins, cellar aged 6 additional months. Very small production and limited release wines. 'Sagaree' & 'Shakori'

If you find your way to SC, look us up. You'll be more than surprised at the discovery! Cheers and thanks for sharing~ Shannon – The Winery Mercer House
