HOW TO MAKE CHILLI SHRIMP PASTA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
Three x tablespoons EVOO
1 x garlic clove finely chopped
1 x medium dimension zucchini (lower into cubes)
Handful of porcini mushrooms
300g contemporary shrimp/prawns

Hot Chilli paste/oil
Breadcrumbs
5L of water
Sprinkle of sea salt

UTENSILS
1 x massive pan

METHOD:
1. Add 5L of water to a big pot and put it on a medium-high warmth in preparation to prepare dinner your pasta.
2. Put a big pan on medium warmth and add a beneficiant drizzle of additional virgin olive oil (EVOO).
3. Once the oil begins to heat, add finely chopped garlic and gently stir, letting it simmer for approx. 30 seconds.
4. Add the cubes of zucchini and prepare dinner them for round 10 minutes or till they start to melt.

    Vincenzo, when you have started cooking I have put my nose very close to the loudspeakers because I had tried to smell your cooking better…. I am now so hungry while working some extra shifts. I should start to eat virtually your Italian Chilli Shrimp Pasta (to be honest I have been eating potato chips – but it is nothing compared to your pasta!).

    I am from Zurich, Switzerland, and our speciality is money (no, I am joking)…. the speziality of Zurich is "Züri Gschnätzeltes" (video link: https://youtu.be/FG066u-I_tk – Sorry, the video is spoken in our special language Swiss-German (Alemanic German dialect) – another speciality of Switzerland) In Italian you say "Allora, si mangia – Buon appetito!" – here we say "En guete!".
