    Thanks Adam for another fantastic family dish, I have cooked many of your dishes always straight forward and uncomplicated, I had to take up cooking when my wife a few years ago become suddenly unwell and needed to be in hospital, recovered thank heavens but I suddenly with a family needed to cook and came across you Adam for guidance, since then have cooked and enjoyed cooking, many of your dishes are now family and friends favourites on Dad's cooking nights, please keep posting I'm sure many many enjoy

    Adam, look up MISSISSIPPI POT ROAST maybe for a future episode. It can be made w/chicken or pork instead of beef and you can line the bottom of the pot w/ red potatoes and chunks of onion.. I too am all pasta'd out aftera few weeks of similar creations. til next vid–be well! (the wall color doesn't look bad btw..)

    Great recipe,I also like the idea of the spinach to bring up the veg content of the meal,I grate carrot in with all my mince dishes for the same reason (trick them kids into getting 5 a day)
