    It's a baked custard tart but in the UK we add nutmeg and there is no lid…looks yummy. I was looking for a video on how to make vinigar, I just read today that blueberry vinigar is very good for the body. Please can you do a panacotta and mybe a gelato. I love panacotta so much and gelato too

    Use lg whisk to mix flr w salt, wooden spoon the rest. Then hand. Easier

    wow! Another great video. I just think the volume of sugar is just too much for me. Do you think it will taste the same if I was to use brown cooking sugar?
