Today I want to present you the best way to make dwelling scrumptious Italian Pasta with Zucchini and Speck, or Bacon, or Pancetta. (Or you may substitute it with Chicken Breast and get Pasta with Zucchini and Chicken). This is a traditional Toscana recipe, easy, fast and stuffed with flavour!

Serves 2 to three
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
160-200 g of Italian Pasta, Spaghetti or Linguine
1-2 Zucchini, sliced in 5 mm slices
50-100 g of Bacon or Pancetta (Speck in German ☺), minimize in small cubes or slices. You can use as nicely Chicken Breast.
2-three cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp of Hot Chili Flakes
½ tsp of Italian or Provance Herbes Mix (or combine youself dry Herbs like Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Sage, Lavender)
1/2 cup of recent chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper, to style
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1/2 cup of Freshly Grated Parmigiano Reggiano (parmesan cheese)
½-1 cup of Pasta Water (Water through which you cooked Pasta)
