PASTA e FAGIOLI:
1.5 lbs Dried Cannellini Beans
2 cloves Garlic
3 Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp Salt
1 lb Small Shell Pasta
Sprinkle Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese on Top
*Vegetable Mix:
5 stalks Celery – chopped
2-3 giant Carrots – chopped
1 giant Onion – chopped
3 cloves Garlic – chopped
1/four cup Olive Oil
1/four cup Fresh Parsley – chopped
1 cup Peeled Plum Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Salt
6-Eight cups Water

GINA’s FATHER’s FAVORITE DISH:
1-2 cups Cooked Cannellini Beans (prepped)
1 clove Garlic – chopped
1/four tsp Oregano
2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 slices 2-day-previous Italian Bread
1/8/ tsp Hot Pepper Flakes (optionally available)

BEANS with CABBAGE:
1 head Savoy Cabbage
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3-four cups Cooked Cannellini Beans (prepped)
3-four cups *Vegetable Mix (above)
Sprinkle grated Pecorino Romano Cheese on prime

    Oh this bring such good memories ♥️🎶 my Daddy, Ambrose, would make this soup often for us, 5 children, and served with salad, homemade bread, tomatoes from his garden…. Hd was a great cook, polenta & rabbit Spaghetti sauce… fresh cheese….oh yummmm now I will make for myself 🙂

    My Sons lived thus soup also..
