Dough substances:
– 1 water liter
– 25gr yeast
– 60gr salt
– 1,5kg flour

Stuffing substances:
San Marzano tomato
– 80gr fiordilatte cheese from “alto casertano”
– Neapolitan salami
– champignon mushrooms
– grated cheese
– additional virgin olive oil
