I imagine the normal Schnitzel originated in Austria. additionally know in France as Escalope. A Schnitzel is a piece of meat that is pounded skinny, dipped in eggwash, crumbed and fried.     I really love the way you publish your recipes. I don't have oven and grilled yet. kindly do some chicken dishes ( e-g chicken steaks) and sweet dishes ( e-g cheese cake or no bake cakes or trifles ) too. Would be grateful. Also please let know if Portuguese chicken can be cooked slowly in a non stick in place of a griller or baking oven ?
