Basic Parmesan Risotto
Serves 2 as a predominant course, Four as a small starter

Ingredients:
Four cups hen inventory
1 tablespoon butter (plus extra on the finish of cooking optionally)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup Arborio or Carnaroli rice
½ cup dry white wine (non-compulsory)
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped recent parsley (non-compulsory)
salt and freshly floor black pepper

Directions:

    great way to cook risotto …some chefs make it seem so labor intensive. ..with your video…it's a breeze! by the way…people…if you ever wonder the difference good…no GREAT ingredients is always essential. .. as a test get a small chunk of parm cheese in the "green" container. ..then at your store have them cut a small, but fresh chunk of parm…Reggiano..grate some of the real cheese and take a tiny spoon and taste one then other. if you can't tell the difference…I can't help you further…lol
